The Catalyst Project

The Catalyst Project has produced an advocacy piece, "Igniting Texas' New Energy Economy," aimed at the next Texas legislature with recommendations to incentivize a more rapid development of renewable energy in the state. The report demonstrates that while there are many reasons for Texas to be the leader in renewable energy, other states like California and New Mexico have pulled out ahead.
