CPS Energy and juwi solar have signed a 30-year power purchase agreement that will lead to development of the Blue Wing Solar project, a 14-megawatt (MW) solar photovoltaic installation. The project is scheduled to be built just southeast of San Antonio, Texas near and will be visible from two highways.
