Thundering Plains Wind Farm LLC, announced today the execution of a binding commitment for a multiyear O&M services agreement with NAES Corporation for its 150-megawatt (MW) wind power generating station currently being developed in West Texas. Thundering Plains Wind Farm LLC is a development company that has 4,000 MW combined management experience in wind power generation.
